This special 3-session series from RISE Partnerships is designed for COO and Director-level staff members and will introduce a model for aligning your organization with its strategy and the current climate.
Each session builds on the previous and includes advance reading, lecture, discussion, and take home assignments. Sessions are 45-60 minutes.
Session 1: Aligning with priorities
Learn the basics of organization design, map your programs and services to your organization’s current priorities, and gain a tool to determine how you should reallocate resources
Session 2: Staffing and supervision
Strengthen your personnel plan by examining the key decisions and implications for structuring staff, assigning responsibilities, and hiring, onboarding, and supervising team members
Session 3: Leading through formal and informal systems
Review your operational systems to improve decisions, communication, and efficiency, and explore your role in leading through informal systems during moments of crisis and change.
